These Terms of Service govern your use of the AnswersDeskAI platform and services provided by Velvet Fox LLC, operating under the trade name AnswersDeskAI. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

AnswersDeskAI provides AI-powered voice answering, lead capture, CRM, and automated communication services for businesses in the trades industries. Services are delivered via a subscription model and may include:

AI voice agents that answer inbound calls on behalf of your business
Automated email and SMS communications to you and your customers
Lead capture, CRM pipeline management, and appointment scheduling
Automated follow-up sequences and review request messaging
Reporting and analytics dashboards

2. SMS Communications

  By subscribing to AnswersDeskAI services and adding the SMS add-on, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us and authorize us to send SMS messages on your behalf to your customers as part of the services you have subscribed to.

SMS communications sent through our platform may include appointment confirmations, missed-call follow-ups, automated sequences, and review requests. All SMS messages include opt-out instructions. Recipients may reply STOP at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to contact your customers via SMS and that your use complies with all applicable laws including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

AnswersDeskAI services are billed on a monthly recurring basis.

Always Answered: $397/month
Always Booked: $597/month
SMS Add-On: $97 one-time

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you are not satisfied after your first month, contact us for a refund.

4. Your Responsibilities

As a subscriber, you agree to provide accurate business information, use the services only for lawful business purposes, comply with all applicable laws regarding communications, not use the services to harass or deceive any person, and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

AnswersDeskAI services are provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI voice agents may not handle every call scenario perfectly. We are not responsible for missed calls, miscommunications, or actions taken based on AI-generated responses.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velvet Fox LLC and AnswersDeskAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting us directly.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
